In November 2025, Josh and Chelsea Monroy acquired 911 Glass & Doors from founder Pete Gomez with a singular mission: to honor the legacy of quality he built while injecting a new level of operational precision and customer care.

Before taking the helm at 911 Glass & Doors, Josh Monroy spent his career as a Music Producer, Recording Studio Owner, and 2-time Grammy Award winner. In that world, there is no margin for error—a single technical failure ruins the take. He brings that same obsession with technical precision to every project.

Chelsea Monroy drives the company's digital presence. Drawing on her background as a Music Artist and Songwriter specializing in Synch and Licensing, she understands how to navigate the digital world through content creation and advertising. She applies that same creative strategy to 911 Glass & Doors, ensuring our story reaches the businesses that need us most.

The Office: Our Office Manager, Shannon Shaw, keeps operations running smoothly, while her husband, Mark Fortkamp, handles your estimates with pinpoint accuracy.

The Consultant: We are thrilled that Pete Gomez, the former owner (and Shannon’s brother-in-law), remains with us as our Senior Commercial Consultant, ensuring his decades of knowledge are passed down to every project.

With Matt Valentino serving as our Electrical Specialist and Roger Hurtado as our dedicated Door Specialist, our team represents the finest craftsmanship in the Lowcountry.
